What is my initial password?

The first time you log in, your initial temporary password is your birth month and day in MMDD format, followed by the first four letters of your user name (4-3-1) in upper case or the first four digits of your SSO if you use an SSO number to login.

For example, if your 4-3-1 is BAKER and you were born on May 12, your initial temporary password would be 0512BAKE.

The site will automatically prompt you to change your password and choose your challenge questions the first time you log in.

How do I reset my password?

If you forget your password, you can answer your challenge questions and your initial password (as described above) will be restored.

If you try to log in with the wrong password 3 times in a row, your account will be locked. To unlock it, successfully answer your challenge questions or call the Baker Hughes Benefits Centre and they will unlock it for you.
